Procedure to get a Chromebook

·  Please have your Student ID number available.

·  Students are required to complete the following prior to receiving their Chromebook and accessories:

1.  Students and parents must read the Chromebook Procedures and Guidelines Handbook

2.  Students must view the Device Care video

3.  Students and parents must read and sign the two digital forms below. (Please have your student ID number)

4.  Once complete ask your teacher to send a request in Incident IQ to get a Chromebook from the tech.
