Our 2022-2023 SMASH Academy application launches TOMORROW! Help us build a strong, diverse and socially conscious future by spreading the word about our competitive, STEM focused college prep program at Mundy's Mill High School.
What is SMASH Academy?
SMASH Academy is a 3 year, STEM-immersive college prep program for current 9th grade students with an aim of eliminating barriers faced by underrepresented communities in the STEM workforce. Students spend 2 weeks living and learning on the respective campuses of Spelman and Morehouse College, followed by a week of virtual competitions.
Program Dates: July 8th - July 28th 2022

*Please note that all students and staff participating in in-person activities must submit proof of full vaccination prior to the start of programming. Vaccine exemptions for verified medical and/or religious reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis. SMASH will follow all guidelines and requirements set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as local state and county guidelines. Policies set by university partners will also be followed.
